I’m Amy Lundberg of Aim For It-Fitness Coaching, a Lifestyle Fitness Coach who loves waffle cones, Rocco Chocolate and a good burger. I like to think of myself as someone who lives in the real world.

(Yes, this is a true story, the potty chair right in the middle of the office.)

Then one day I had an ah-ha moment!

I found the missing pieces to the “healthy balanced lifestyle” while still having the ability to achieve all my goals without being overwhelmed and exhausted all the time.
I took an inside-out approach to release my inner conflicts. Through my renewed connection with my faith, and myself, I was able to start incorporating simplified steps to achieving a healthy balanced and fit lifestyle.

I have found myself being more patient and attentive with my four children, more focused during work.
Full of energy and finding joy and laughter in my life.
